1. Objective: Promote national image, brand image, product of Vietnam; Strengthening Vietnamese export items which has advantages in ASEAN - China and International free trade area
2. Size: About 100 entrepreneurs in exhibition will display, introduce products and services on 3240 m2 area, house number 6 and 1500m2, house number 7
3. Time: From 23 to 26 in September, 2016.
4. Venue: International Convention Centre and the Exhibition In Nam Ninh City, Guangxi Province, China.
5. Category: Agriculture, fisheries and food processing, consumer goods, furniture, building materials, investment, tourism and commercial services ... (made in Vietnam ).
6. Participants: The enterprises of all economic sectors established under the provisions of the current law, the trade promotion centers of the provinces / cities, industry associations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises).
7. Selection criteria: The entrepreneurs which regist to take part in will be evaluation committee selected by following criteria: (i) the information declared in the registration document which should be registed completed according to the enclosed form; (Ii) production capacity, the business of the enterprise; (Iii) the results of participation in CAEXPO fairs or participation in previous national trade promotion; (Iv) personnel who have ability to participate in the international exhibition fair. Besides, organizing committee enterprises are priority key export sectors of Vietnam and in accordance with the direction of trade promotion programs to China market & ASEAN: agricultural, fisheries , food processing and consumer goods ...
8. Cost:
a. State support entreprenuers participating in the program: 100% of the costs booth; 100% of the cost of the overall decoration exhibition area of Vietnam enterprises at the fair; 100% of the costs related to export information dissemination, inviting visitors to observe and traded at the fair.
Note: Depending on each sector, each enterprise participates in the program are supported up to 04 standard booth 9m2 (3m x 3m).
b. Expensed fee for entreprenuers while participating in the program:
- 100% of the cost of immigration, food, accommodation, travel ...;
- 100% of the costs relating to goods such as: taxes on goods when entering the fair, shipping costs ...;
- Cost of services organizations, serving Union: 5,000,000 VND/ booth (inclusive of VAT) standard 9m2. Export Assistance Center - Trade Promotion Agency (Unit provides organization service, serving Union) will charge costs on deposits from the participating enterprises and export fair finance bill businesses.
C. Deposit fee to participate in the fair:
- For the enterprises registered products belongin to prior sectors which are in line with the Chinese export market, such as agricultural products, fisheries, food processing and consumer goods ...: deposit fee is 5,000,000 VNĐ/ 01 standard booth 9m2;
- For the enterprises registered products belongin to furniture industry and handicraft (by specific products, industry and number of provided booths by the Organizing Committee is limited, can not meet the need of enterprises in these fields above): the deposit fee is 20,000,000 VNĐ/ 01 standard booth 9m2;
- Enterprises are responsible for conducting deposit as soon as hangin in apllication form and before July 31, 2016. The Organizing Committee will not approve any applications of enterprises which do not deposit at the due date

- Deposit reimbursement method:
+ Within 45 working days of export assistance centers - Trade Promotion Agency will conduct payment and settlement costs of deposit to entreprenuers which implement thoroughly the obligation to participate in the program;
+ For entreprenuers are not selected to participate in the program, Export assistance centers - Trade Promotion Department will return deposit fee to these entreprenuers within 14 working days from receiving document about refund deposit fee for entreprenuers
+ In case the business are selected to participate in the Fair, but later canceled participating Fair on July 31, 2016 for any reason will not be refunded the deposit fee. This fee will be organizing committee used to offset the rental ground, decoration, building booth and PR/marketing fee sponsoring by government.
9. Business obligation when joining the program:
- Completing in registering program application, financial obligations and strictly abide the rules and regulation of the organizing committee delegation;
- After the end of the fair, within 15 days, the businesses attending the fair must submit the final reports and the request document about reimbursement the deposit (form) of the Trade Promotion Agency.
10. Requirements for registing the program:
- Certificate of business registration (authentication, sealed units);
- Participation application ( form 1 attached );
- Personal list( form 2 attached);
- Registration for introducing information on the Fair Catalogue (form 3 attached);
- Commit to participate in the program (form 4 attached);
- Goods declaration (Form 5a, 5b attached);
- A special explanation why applicating for booth(if applicable);

11. Deadline to regist: Before July 31, 2016. Due to the limited number of booths, Trade Promotion Bureau will examine registration dossiers and official notices to enterprises engaged in advanced.
